  • I want to train, how do I start

    • Take a look at our schedule and find a class that you would like to attend

    • You can just show up that day or if you have questions you’re welcome to reach out to our coaching staff

  • What do I need for my trial class

    • Athletic apparel such as a t-shirt or compression shirt for your upper body and shorts for your lower body, leggings are fine as well for women

    • A bottle of water, you’ll need it

    • You are welcome to bring a mouth piece but it is not required

  • Is there anything else I need to know

    • Please show up 10 minutes early to your scheduled class as this will allow you to

      • Fill out your waiver

      • Get fitted and setup for any loaner equipment needed

      • Meet the coach for your class and other students

      • Stretch out

      • Be ready to start class on time, receive instructions, and be prepared to have a successful class

  • Is there parking

    • We have plenty of street parking available. You can park on either side of Chester Pike

    • Please do not park at the laundromat or other businesses, you will get towed
